Melody Smith is the CEO and lead process and systems consultant for CAM Consulting Solutions. Melody named the company CAM which stands for Creative Analytical Minds to highlight her love of using data to find and then implement creative solutions. 

CAM Consulting Solutions is a consulting firm that evaluates how a business operates, pinpoints what’s causing delays or inefficiencies, and implements processes and systems designed to support consistent growth. The focus is on building scalable processes, improving team coordination, and putting tools in place that enhances the employee and customer experience and overall performance.

Melody is a results-driven information systems consultant with 25+ years of global experience removing inefficiencies in business processes and systems. She graduated with a B.S. from Boston University’s School of Hospitality Management and a couple of months later, opted for warmer weather, moving to Atlanta to get an MBA from Clark Atlanta University. Though she loves hospitality, her love has always been in using technology to make life easier. 

It's hard for her to sit still. When she has some downtime she  loves to travel with her husband, her  travel partner for life. They have a bucket list of visiting every NFL stadium to watch the home team play her husband’s beloved Dallas Cowboys or her Baltimore Ravens! 

She has  traveled throughout North America, South America, Western Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

Melody is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a certified project manager and human resources consultant, as well as a licensed life and health insurance broker. Deeply committed to community service, Melody also serves as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Melody is married with 2 adults sons.
