Since 1912, the Raritan Bay Area YMCA has provided services, programming, and activities for the residents of Perth Amboy, NJ and neighboring communities. The Y connects neighbors to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive, serving children, teens, adults, and families throughout our community. 

Our programs and services include child care and summer camp, a state-of-the-art aquatics complex, sports programs, mental and behavioral health services, teen and family support, food pantry and food security initiatives, social services, case management, benefits navigation, and housing support. By addressing the whole person—from healthy living and youth development to basic needs and family stability—we strengthen individuals, families, and our community as a whole.

Our Mission: The YMCA is dedicated to building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through programs that develop the values of caring, honesty, faith, respect, and responsibility. The YMCA serves all people regardless of age, religion, sex, or financial means and is committed to developing a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
